Qigong gymnastics is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves mental and physical health by integrating movement, breathing techniques, sound, and focused intent.

What are the Benefits of Qigong Gymnastic?

Qigong gymnastic improves the flow of energy in meridians within the body and deepen the connection with nature. Slow and gentle movements warm tendons, ligaments, muscles, and promote circulation of body fluids such as blood and lymph. Research shows that qigong gymnastic is effective in preventing disease and healing variety of health issues such as high blood pressure, chronic pain, mental stress, and digestive issues.

What is Unique in our Qigong Gymnastics?

In this class you will be introduced to a new system that I developed to revitalize and strengthen the body. We start with gymnastics to stretch the body and incorporate very basis qigong exercises to boost your energy level. I will work with each student individually according to their needs to help gain the most benefit from the practice.

All ages are welcome to join. There is no need to feel compelled to learn any forms, just follow instructor’s guidance and get the benefits from your practice. There is no competition. You will be amazed with the health benefits for your body and mind after a qigong gymnastics class!
